Nickel Dibutyldithiocarbamate Promoter NDBC is used as a co-promoter in most sulfur vulcanized elastomers. Provides effective ozone resistance in dynamic applications and good antioxidant properties in normal applications. An effective anti-odorant in sbr, br, cr and iir compounds, which are made from products where the paraffinic film breaks down in dynamic applications and becomes unprotected. ndbc provides anti-oxidant protection in cr, csm, co, eco and epdm. It can also be used in epdm and csm vulcanizates where heat resistance is critical, as well as in colored cr products to improve sunlight resistance.
